Despite concerns you might have about your privacy, it’s illegal to shoot down a drone flying over your home, TPL Co-Director Ryan Calo advises.

In the Detroit Free Press’ “Is it Legal?” series, Calo warns that “only law enforcement authorities can take action against drones, as shooting down drones can be dangerous to people or property.”
