Rachel McAmis presented research at the 2026 Network and Distributed System Security (NDSS) Symposium.

Elena Ponte spoke at the American Bar Association International Law Section’s 2026 annual conference.

Ponte also published in a special issue of The Output and in the University of Maryland Journal of Business & Technology Law

Samuel Woolley launched University of Pittsburgh’s Communication Technology Research Lab’s website.

Woolley also was quoted in an NBC News article on AI campaign videos.

Meg Young spoke at MakeShift 2026 for NYC Design Week.

Hayley Younghusband was promoted to Product Director, Generative and Agentic AI Experiences at American Express’ Digital Labs.
