'Rising Star' at UW and beyond

TPL Research Assistant Maria P. Angel earned her PhD from the UW School of Law in June and began her new role as a postdoc at Yale’s Information Society Project on July 1. In addition to that, she was named a "Rising Star in AI" earlier this year. Read more here.

TPL Research Assistant Inyoung Chen is scheduled to earn her PhD from the School of Law this summer and will head to Princeton as a postdoctoral researcher at their Center for Information Technology Policy in October.

TPL Hazelton Fellow Max Del Real earned his JD from the School of Law and will begin is career as an attorney at the Federal Trade Commsion pending bar results in the Fall.

TPL Intern Jasmine Mae Alindayu earned a BS in Information Sciences and a BA in Philosophy in the winter and has begun her career at Fermyon Technologies.

TPL postdoctoral scholar and former research assistant Nick Logler, PhD, has started a new position working on Google AI.
