The title of his talk was Voiceprints, Bio-Profiling, and the Future of Freedom: The Rise of the Voice Intelligence Industry. In this talk, Professor Turow looked at the burgeoning voice intelligence industry and historic precedent as to how various forms of information gathering on consumers have grown over time.
